Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role:

Responsible for managing and monitoring all import activities , ensuring timely deliveries and full compliance with customs regulations.the role includes communication with global suppliers and shipping companies , handling shipping documentation and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient import operations

Main Responsibilities:

Manage loading plans and shipments from production factories

Organize and plans day-to-day work of shipment requests.

Follow-up shipment status in the customs and during transport.

Manage products arrival data and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Work with Customs Brokers to release shipments from custom.

Track deliveries, pickup goods and tracking receipt of goods to warehouses.

Coordinate daily arrival data internally.

Import purchasing orders – open and control.

Dealing with new products approvals with Ministry of Health to ensure that all documentation is in order prior to shipment.

Assistance with Supply Planning assignments and tasks.

About You:

B.A in a related filed (Industrial Engineering and Management Etc.) –Advantage

Team player - great interpersonal skills, "can do" attitude

High ability to handle multiple priorities while being detail oriented

High proficiency in English and Hebrew , both oral and in writing

Experience in related filed – advantage

Knowledge in Excel and ERP (SAP - an advantage)

Working knowledge in the manufacturing industry- advantage

Knowledge of Incoterms – advantage
