Essential Duties And Responsibilities
A technical marketing role for UCT FS’s global marketing. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of products, services, and sales of UCT FS into the market, as well as actively driving and promoting awareness and understanding of the Ham-Let brand, product technology, and services into the different markets (semiconductors, Oil & Gas, Power, Transportation, and more).
The position holder will maintain a keen understanding of Ham-Let product technology, industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive environment, relating them to the product roadmap execution to ensure a complete and sufficient product range.
This Is Accomplished By
- Execution of business plans and projects, focusing on increased brand awareness and product sales growth.
- Products profit monitoring, pricing, and price positioning.
- Drive cross-functional teams with PLC methodology for new product development and product portfolio expansion, ensuring that the company’s product portfolio sufficiently meets the requirements of the customers.
- Understanding of industry value chain, applications, and high-value problems.
- Identifying and promoting our products' differentiation and unique value.
- Providing our sales force with the most up-to-date and relevant information necessary to successfully sell into this market, including sales tools, training, customer calls, and meetings.
Responsibilities Of This Role Includes
- Execution products road map
- Drive new product and service development projects with PLC management
- Training customers and sales personnel in products & services. Technology review meetings with customers and road shows.
- Publish periodic newsletters identifying success stories and "how to win".
- New product introductions, offerings, and promotions.
- Support the assessment, planning, introductions, pricing, differentiation, value offering, and post-launch activities of new products relating to the target market.
- Serve on influential industry and standards organization committees and drive industry specifications in a direction favorable to Ham-Let.
- Present the needs and voice of the customer to the organization, and gather market intelligence to develop new customer solutions and growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a clear understanding of industry drivers, pricing trends, technology market trends, and competitor information.
- Write technical and/or market articles for industry trade journals.
- Product catalog and product data analysis
- Recommend content and approach to be used in the Ham-Let website and exhibitions
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- A motivated and inspirational team player with the ability to drive cross-functional teams with teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to understand market and customer needs and the ability to convey it to product definition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high-level rapport.
- Ability to present and speak persuasively in public.
- Education: B.Sc. in Engineering. (M.Sc. or MBA is an advantage)
- Experience: +5 years marketing/engineering / R&D / project or program management
- Language: English and Hebrew at a high level
