User Experience Designer for a global Company! 5320

In this role, you’ll collaborate with other designers, product managers, and developers to create intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences cloud-based contact center applications.

You will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and have the opportunity to learn from senior UX professionals while contributing to real product improvements.

you’ll help design a suite of tools and technologies that optimize call center operations — from handling customer interactions to improving agent efficiency and service quality.

How you will make an impact

• Support UX design activities for complex cloud-based applications.
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear and elegant design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other UX Designers to ensure design quality and consistency.
• Participate in usability reviews and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s Design System.
• Help organize and document design deliverables for ongoing projects.
• Continuously learn and stay up to date with UX best practices, design tools, and trends.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a design-related discipline (UX, HCI, Visual Design, or similar).
• 2-3 years of experience in UX or Product Design, preferably working on web or SaaS applications.
• Product/Project management skills
• Strong skills in Figma (or similar design tools).
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and design systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX work and problem-solving skills (school projects or professional work are both welcome).
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Miro, or similar collaboration platforms is a plus.
