Our payroll department is looking to recruit a Payroll Accountant.

The role includes:

Providing professional service and support to employees; ongoing payroll processing

Preparing final settlements, calculating severance pay, and handling Form 161

Extensive knowledge of labor laws, taxation, and National Insurance related directly or indirectly to employee compensation

Monitoring data accuracy in the payroll system and conducting monthly payroll audits

Analyzing, reviewing, and controlling salary payments

Implementing wage agreements and monitoring their application

Handling reserve duty compensation, work injury payments, maternity leave, etc.

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in the field

Certified Payroll Accountant — mandatory

Experience processing payroll for 500–1000 employees

Knowledge of Har-Gal system — an advantage

Proficiency in Excel — mandatory

Strong time management, accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
