System Analyst- Data Domain

About the Role:

Our new Division leads all activities related to Data and Artificial Intelligence across the company from defining the data strategy and methodologies to designing advanced, integrated solutions that support the company's products and business assets.

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with a strong background in data environments (DWH, Data Lake) to join our team and play a key role in shaping data-driven solutions and processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead system analysis and requirements definition processes based on business needs.
• Translate business requirements into advanced technological solutions.
• Write functional and technical design documents.
• Perform data modeling and design efficient, accessible data structures aligned with business requirements.
• Investigate and analyze complex data sources.
• Collaborate closely with multiple cross-organizational interfaces.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a System Analyst in the data domain.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience working with complex databases.
• Practical understanding of data architecture, including data layers, Data Warehouse (DWH), and Data Lake environments.
• Proven experience in defining business and technological processes and delivering requirements to development teams.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities for large and complex data sources.
• High level of independence, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and service orientation.
• Previous background in development or system analysis in a large organization – an advantage.
