About Us: Viola Credit is a leading global credit fund based in Israel. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel with a strong background in fund formation and banking and finance to join our dynamic legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Legal Oversight: Lead all legal aspects of Viola Credit’s activities worldwide.
• Fund Formation: Lead the structuring and formation of various funds managed by Viola Credit.
• Lending Activity: Managing the legal dimensions of Viola Credit’s lending activity, including credit facilities with borrowers.
• Compliance: Responsibility for Viola Credit’s compliance with regulatory requirements across all relevant jurisdictions. Address regulatory changes and implement necessary compliance measures.

Requirements:

• Mother tongue English speaker.
• At least 8 years of experience in fund formation and banking and finance in a top-tier law firm.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
