Experienced Data Scientist

What will you do?

• Develop and implement a variety of models (e.g., LLM, predictive models, classifiers, time series) on both public and proprietary data
• Lead projects from ideation to production, ensuring solutions are effective in real-world scenarios and monitored for quality over time
• Collaborate with product managers to understand problems and define solutions
• Contribute to the research environment in order to improve the flexibility and quality of delivery

Who are you?

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in implementing machine learning algorithms
• Strong understanding of ML concepts, including deep learning
• Proficient in Python and experienced in bringing ideas to production, including coding, testing, and monitoring
• Excellent communication skills and working fluency in English
• Pragmatic problem solver who knows to choose the most practical solution not the most popular one

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with transformer models and GenAI
• Experience working with geospatial data or time series analysis
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g. Spark)
• Familiarity with model deployment and experiment tracking tools (e.g., LangFuse/TorchServe)
