This role involves guiding clients through the process of designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, from analyzing business needs to delivering solutions based on the platform’s best practices.

💡 What will your day look like?

• Analyzing and mapping business processes with clients and organizational stakeholders

• Translating requirements into functional specifications and supporting development and testing processes

• Collaborating with developers, architects, and implementers

• Training users and providing support during Go-Live phases

🧩 Role Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow or Salesforce solutions – preferably in ITSM (including Change) and CSM modules

• Familiarity with ITIL methodologies (certification is a significant advantage)

• Strong process-oriented and analytical thinking, with excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in technical English

• Relevant ServiceNow certification – a plus
