Production Engineer to Startup company in TLV

A fast-growing, innovative startup in a multidisciplinary technology domain (hardware & software), developing cutting-edge products for the global market. The company is expanding rapidly and scaling its recruitment and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

🔸Technical Recruitment (approx. 70%)

🔸Full ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes for hardware, software, and multidisciplinary roles (System, Embedded, FPGA, QA, Product, Operations, and more).

🔸Independently managing recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate management, and offer negotiation.

🔸Partnering closely with hiring managers to define accurate job profiles, set expectations, and provide strategic guidance.

🔸Utilizing a wide range of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, professional communities, candidate databases).

🔸Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and building long-term talent pipelines.

🔸HR & People Operations (approx. 30%)

🔸Managing onboarding processes and ensuring a smooth new hire experience.

🔸Planning and executing employee engagement and culture activities (events, team days, gifts, internal communications).

🔸Providing administrative HR support, maintaining HR systems and databases, and supporting performance review cycles.

🔸Playing an active role in building HR infrastructure as the company grows.

Position Details:

Full-time position (hybrid / based in Tel Aviv)

Requirements:

🔸Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment for startups/high-tech companies – must.

🔸Proven experience recruiting for both hardware and software roles – must.

🔸Strong sourcing capabilities and end-to-end recruitment ownership.

Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.

🔸Previous experience in HR / People Operations – a strong advantage.

🔸High-level English (written and spoken).

🔸Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

🔸Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
