SmartUp Academy, founded by Yonatan Stern (founder of ZoomInfo), is an academy that teaches the profession of founding startups.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Partner to take full ownership of all recruitment activities across our portfolio companies.

This is a central, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, founder-driven environment and wants to make a visible impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all recruitment processes end-to-end for multiple startups under the SmartUp umbrella
• Partner with founders and CEOs to define role profiles and write job descriptions
• Source and attract high-quality candidates through approved channels
• Conduct initial screenings and first-round interviews
• Participate in interviews with management and leadership teams
• Manage reference checks and background verifications
• Ensure a fast, professional, and data-driven recruitment process across companies

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Ability to work with multiple founders and manage parallel processes
• High standards, speed, and independence
• Business understanding and good judgment when assessing candidates
• A true partner who takes ownership and delivers results

• We’re looking for someone who can work on-site with us (Ra’anana).
