We're looking for a senior/tech lead engineer who takes computer vision outputs from R&D and turns them into a robust, scalable backend pipeline.

• Build and own real-time video streaming pipelines (thousands of concurrent cameras/streams)
• Turn CV “algo code” into production services: reliable, observable, maintainable
• Design and implement Python microservices (async where it matters)
• Optimize throughput + latency: multithreading/multiprocessing, queues, IPC, backpressure
• Ship systems that run on-prem (customer environments, constraints, stability)
• Code reviews, tech lead

• Python backend in microservices at scale (FastAPI or similar)
• Real-time video streaming: RTSP/WebRTC/GStreamer/FFmpeg or equivalent experience
• Concurrency: threads/processes/async, performance tuning, profiling
• Docker + Linux, production debugging, logs/metrics/tracing mindset
• Some computer vision pipeline familiarity (OpenCV is a plus) - not research, production wiring

• Research / algorithms / ML training - this is not a research/algo role
• Data engineering / science / ETL

• Experience from video surveillance / scaled video analytics companies
• Edge deployments (Jetson), GPU utilization, hardware-constrained environments (that's a big plus
• Familiarity with end-to-end development, starting from the infra (devops, kebernetes)
• AI Experience / MLOps
