User Experience Designer

UX Designer

We’re looking for a talented and motivated User Experience Designer. In this role, you’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to craft intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences for our cloud-based contact center solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Support UX design activities for complex cloud-based applications.
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear, effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other UX Designers to ensure quality and consistency.
• Participate in usability reviews and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the company’s Design System and ongoing UX projects.
• Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in UX, HCI, Visual Design, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Must
• 2–3 years of experience in UX or Product Design, preferably for web or SaaS applications - Must
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) - Must
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability - Must
• Experience with Jira, Miro, or similar collaboration tools - Must
• A portfolio demonstrating UX process, design thinking, and problem-solving skills - Must
