- Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team as needed.
- Contribute to the development, documentation, and implementation of HR policies.
- Demonstrated ability to read people dynamics and anticipate employee needs through observation, listening, and interpersonal sensitivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and in English.
- Proven experience delivering HR support in international environments.
- Experienced in managing end-to-end HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Highly organized and efficient, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines in dynamic high pace environments.
- Collaborative and adaptable team player, comfortable working in dynamic, global, fast-paced settings.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms and a wide range of software tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
At Fortinet, we embrace diversity and inclusivity. We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds and identities. Explore our welcoming work environment designed for a rewarding career journey with an attractive Total Rewards package to support you with your overall health and financial well-being.
