Following a significant capital raise, we are expanding our R&D capabilities to build a cutting-edge Retail Media Network (RMN) platform, integrating real-time data, advertising, and analytics into the in-store environment. We’re looking for passionate and experienced leaders who want to shape the future of in-store retail media.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Team Leader / Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Retail Media Network (RMN) initiative. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with strong technical expertise across front-end and back-end systems (Node.js, NestJS, Angular, React) and experience in ad-tech, media delivery, or data-driven personalization. This is a full-time position based at our Tel Aviv office.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead a team of developers building Cust2Mate’s Retail Media Platform, including ad-serving modules, data pipelines, and campaign management tools.

· Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end applications using combination of tools and frameworks , such as : Node.js, NestJS, Angular, and React.

· Integrate media content and advertising delivery into smart-cart and retail systems.

· Collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams to implement retail media and personalization features.

· Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of RMN services.

· Promote best practices in agile development, clean code, and testing.

· Mentor team members and contribute to the company’s technological roadmap.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (Mamram / 8200 experience a plus).

· 12+ years of proven experience as a Developer.

· 6+ years experience specifically in ad-tech, media delivery, or data-driven personalization systems, a must.

· Hands-on experience leading development teams or projects, at least one position as a team lead

· Strong proficiency in established frameworks, such as : Node.js, NestJS, Angular, and React.

· Understanding of cloud/serverless architectures and distributed systems.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
