An international high-tech company is looking for an IT Manager to join our global IT team.
This position will be part of the Corporate IT Team and reporting to the Head of IT.
Managing a team of HelpDesk and Networking engineers in our global offices.
As a IT Manager, you should have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals are essential skills to perform well in this position.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure high quality technical support and increase client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
● Managing the help desk and Networking team globally and evaluate performance.
● Define and maintain IT policies, such as onboarding and Offboarding processes, etc
● Provide Dashboards and info to the Head of IT on SLA and the team performance.
● Managing IT procurement and managing IT vendors in all global offices.
● Knowledge and experience of 3 years or more in managing networking teams, switches, firewalls, NAC solutions, Wifi, Cisco and Fortinet products, and more..
● Work closely with the CISO team on enforcement of security procedures.
● Managing support for the support team for the global offices.
● Define goals for the team and enforce them.
● Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement.
● Manage and maintain IT inventory globally.
● Maintain continuous contact with the team leaders in the company and be proactive.
● Experience working with global suppliers, negotiations, price quotes, etc.
● Experience in managing MDM tools.
● Experience in managing and renewing Microsoft product licensing.
● Bring automation to the IT and implement self-service portals to the CR users.
● Keep the company collaboration systems working.
Requirements
● At least 3 years of work experience as A Help Desk and Networking manager.
● Deep knowledge of all technical aspects and act as a source of knowledge to the team.
● Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
● Knowledge and understanding of best practices for service management.
● An ability to think critically about systems and to make adjustments consistently as needed.
● Knowledge and understanding of best practices for service management.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues.
● Well organized and self-sufficient.
● Experience working with global suppliers, negotiations, price quotes, etc.
