Software Engineer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Java/Python Backend Developer with an AI-first mentality to join our team in building scalable, high-performance AI security solution. This role is ideal for someone with a solid development foundation who’s ready to work on security infrastructure for AI Agents.

Responsibilities:

• Building Security solution for running AI agents in the organization.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems and APIs using Python/Go.
• Work with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases to ensure efficient data storage, access, and performance.
• Build AI applications by integrating large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, or open-source alternatives.
• Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

Required Skills:

• 2 years of backend development experience using Java or Python.
• Experience with AI code generation tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Codex, or similar) to accelerate development and improve productivity.
• Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Proficiency in working with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Solid understanding of LLM-related concepts and frameworks: LangChain, prompt engineering, and vector databases (e.g., Milvus, Pinecone).
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and writing asynchronous Java/Python code.
• Familiarity with microservice architectures and cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical discipline.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Practical experience deploying LLM-powered applications in production.
• Understanding of multi-agent systems and context-aware orchestration strategies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Some knowledge or experience with Node.js development.
