Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Software Engineer (Backend-Oriented, 80/20), joining an established, high-velocity engineering squad to design and build high-throughput, distributed cybersecurity and AI-protection platforms.
• Architecting, developing, and scaling core distributed backend microservices primarily in Go (Golang), alongside select integrations in .NET, operating on top of AWS.
• Designing and implementing responsive user interfaces, visualization workflows, and interactive security consoles utilizing React on the frontend.
• Building resilient data pipelines and asynchronous messaging layers leveraging PostgreSQL, GraphQL, RabbitMQ, and Amazon S3.
• Working in an authentic AI-First engineering culture, deeply integrating and leveraging modern AI-assisted developer environments, agentic frameworks, and LLM tooling throughout daily development and debugging cycles.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with security researchers, product designers, and distributed system architects to rapidly transition complex application security models into production-grade infrastructure.

Requirements-

• 5 years of dedicated professional software development experience in the industry – Mandatory
• Deep, proven hands-on development expertise in Go (Golang), with strong openness to candidates with substantial depth in Node.js or Python transitioning into Go – Mandatory
• Solid background operating within fast-paced, high-growth startup environments with a demonstrated track record of rapid, intelligent feature delivery – Mandatory
• Hands-on mastery in utilizing modern AI-assisted developer workflows and LLM tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, AI code agents) as an integral part of daily engineering practice – Mandatory
• B.Sc. in Computer Science (or closely related discipline) from an accredited university OR an alumnus of an elite technological military unit (IDF Tech Units / 8200 / Mamram / Talpiot or equivalent) – Mandatory
• Working practical experience with frontend web development using React – Mandatory
• Proven background designing and scaling complex, distributed, data-intensive backend architectures – Mandatory
• High degree of technical agility, collaborative teamwork, and fluent communication in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
