The Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of our B2B/B2G platform. You'll design intuitive interfaces that make our infrastructure inspection and analytics tools accessible to diverse users—from field operators to asset managers and government officials.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web and desktop applications
• Create workflows for multiple user personas across the platform
• Develop and maintain design systems that scale
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams
• Conduct user research with infrastructure professionals and government stakeholders
• Balance sophisticated functionality with ease of use

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B/B2G applications
• Proven track record in designing complex web and desktop platforms
• Strong UX/UI expertise and interaction design skills
• Experience with data-heavy applications and dashboards
• Portfolio demonstrating solved UX challenges for professional users
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Excellent communication skills in English; Hebrew is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with technical or industrial software
• Background working with government/enterprise clients
• Understanding of visual data and analytics design
