About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior E-commerce PPC Campaign Manager to join our Elite team in Tel Aviv. This role involves managing online marketing activities for our e-commerce clients, crafting and executing data-driven strategies, and ensuring that client goals and KPIs are consistently exceeded.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PPC specialist with a strong hands-on approach to step into a senior role and make a significant impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies tailored to e-commerce clients.
• Manage hands-on campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, DV360, and more. Experience on Google Ads and Meta is a must
• Conduct ongoing performance analysis, budget management, bid strategy optimization, A/B testing, and real-time optimization to improve ROI and achieve client KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.
• Monitor industry trends and apply insights to refine and enhance PPC strategies for e-commerce growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and e-commerce funnels to identify opportunities for conversion rate (CR) optimization.
• Create and present detailed performance reports, including actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and strategic alignment.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hands-on PPC campaign management for e-commerce brands or agencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related analytical field - MUST.
• Proven expertise in managing high-budget, ROI-driven PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and scaling ad performance.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
• A strategic thinker with the ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, or similar analytics platforms.
• Passion for paid media, e-commerce growth strategies, and ad-tech innovations.
