Key Responsibilities:

• Mastering the End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle: Partnering closely with hiring managers to define and document job requirements and candidate profiles. Conducting behavioral and in-depth interviews, designing and implementing relevant technical tasks, and utilizing professional assessment tools.
• Proactive Sourcing & Market Dynamics: Utilizing a variety of dynamic recruiting sources and executing proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Staying updated on market trends, analyzing recruitment data, consistently streamlining and improving recruiting processes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Taking ownership of a broad range of critical positions across our Technology, Field Operations, and Corporate Headquarters functions.

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor's degree – Must
• Previous experience in a recruitment role within a company or placement agency - Must
• High level of English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Location: Kadima, Israel (This is an On-site/Office-based role).
