System Administrator

🚀 Senior System Administrator – Critical Production Environments 🚀

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to lead and manage infrastructure in critical production environments.

This role includes ownership of significant projects, system upgrades, and automation initiatives, along with hands-on troubleshooting of complex issues.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure in critical production environments
• Own and deliver major infrastructure projects and system upgrades
• Design, implement, and maintain automation processes
• Handle complex incidents and work closely with multiple stakeholders

✅ Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience managing and operating VMware-based virtual environments, including deployment, upgrades, performance tuning, and ongoing maintenance
• Hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, including planning and performing restores
• Advanced knowledge in designing, managing, and maintaining Active Directory Domain Services, including:
• DCs, DNS, DHCP, GPO, KMS
• Experience working with and maintaining Storage / FC environments
• Experience installing and maintaining Linux systems, including Docker
• Practical experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including routine maintenance, backups, and restores
• Experience setting up and maintaining Web servers – IIS and Apache
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, including:
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• Entra
• Intune (endpoint management, security policies, and MDM)
• OneDrive / SharePoint
• Availability to work outside standard business hours in case of critical incidents

• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell
• Experience working with Open Source systems such as NiFi and Grafana
• Background in Information Security
• Experience with additional databases: Oracle, MySQL
