We’re looking for a creative, driven, and tech-savvy Marketing Specialist to join our Israeli team and help expand our brand presence and market impact across Israel and the broader EMEA region.

Your Mission

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing and communications activities that strengthen HYPERSTRONG’s visibility and engagement in Israel and neighboring markets.

From marketing events, public relations to content creation and digital campaigns, you’ll collaborate closely with headquarters and regional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that support our sales growth and position HYPERSTRONG as a leading force in renewable energy.

What You’ll Do

• Brand Development & Awareness – Work closely with headquarters and global marketing team to enhance the brand consistency and awareness for HYPERSTRONG. Build and maintain a strong brand presence for HYPERSTRONG in Israel through consistent and engaging communication across all channels.
• Public Relations – Build and maintain positive relationships with media, industrial organizations and other related parties. Lead the community relationships maintenance according to business needs.
• Event Management – Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, trade shows, and customer workshops, ensuring professional representation of the brand.
• Marketing Toolkit – Collaborate with the sales team to prepare marketing collateral, presentations, and campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
• Content Creation – Develop creative marketing materials, articles, videos, and social media content that highlight our products, values, and achievements.
• Digital Marketing – Collaborating with headquarters and global marketing team, plan and execute digital campaigns, such as SEO, SEM, and email marketing, to generate leads and enhance online visibility.
• Website & Social Media Management – Collaborating with headquarters, contributing to HYPERSTRONG group’s online platforms, and maintain and optimize the Company’s Israel regional/local online platforms with updated content, case studies, and relevant industry insights.
• Market Research & Analysis – Monitor market trends, competitors, and media coverage to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
• Performance Tracking – Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze metrics, and prepare regular marketing reports with actionable insights.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing — ideally in renewable energy, technology, or cleantech industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hebrew at native level.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of design, storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, analytics tools).
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team-oriented personality with a proactive, “can-do” approach.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and technical product communication is an advantage.
