Senior Software Engineer, AI Nurture (ML-focused)

The AI Nurture team uses cutting-edge AI and GenAI technologies to revolutionize the apartment renting experience and engage with millions of renters, bridging the gap between renters and property managers.

As a Senior ML-focused Software Engineer on this team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of AI-driven real estate solutions. Your work will contribute to launching new products, improving existing ones, and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Here’s what you’ll do as part of the team:

Project and Technical execution

• Deliver high impact projects end-to-end, collaborate with product, design, and data to unblock execution
• Build products that incorporate ML and GenAI models
• Hands on implementation of conversational AI features along with innovative frontend interfaces and backend frameworks
• Drive complex problem-solving and analytical decision-making in uncertain scenarios
• Lead both product-focused initiatives and technical health projects to ensure system stability and scalability
  
  

• Work with global teams, including US stakeholders across engineering, product, design and DS
• At times, participate in engineering forums to represent the AI nurture team to promote cross functional collaboration
  
  

• Experience:

• Senior full-stack engineering experience with both backend and frontend expertise
• Experience working with GenAI technologies at production scale
• Experience/close familiarity with building and deploying ML models
• Collaborating/part of Data Science teams
• Startup experience and a bias for action
