Senior AI Software Developer

We’re looking for a Senior AI Software Developer to join a cybersecurity team and take E2E ownership of developing advanced internal platforms and AI-powered tools.

This is a hands-on senior role combining software engineering, AI/agentic workflows, and cybersecurity, with significant technical ownership and close collaboration with expert security researchers and technical users.

The role involves translating complex workflows and requirements into reliable, scalable tools, while driving technical execution, making architecture decisions, maintaining high engineering standards, and mentoring other developers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience, with proven experience delivering production systems.
• Strong Python skills, including asyncio, modern typing, and pytest.
• Hands-on Playwright experience in production environments.
• Production experience building and operating agentic / LLM-powered systems that plan, use tools, and execute multi-step tasks.
• Experience with modern agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Anthropic Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or DSPy.
• Experience building evaluations and guardrails for AI/agent quality and reliability.
• Proven experience leading development efforts, including estimation, task breakdown, code review, and mentoring.
• Experience building internal tools for technical or expert users.
• Background in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, security research, or a related domain - an Advantage
