We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Affiliate Manager to join a fast-growing casino and gaming company. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing affiliate relationships to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth across our online casino brands — including those operating within the non-GamStop segment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing affiliates.
- Manage day-to-day affiliate operations, including onboarding, communications, and performance tracking.
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand traffic sources and market reach.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on promotions and brand strategy.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes related to non-GamStop brands.
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming or online casino industry.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, KPIs, and analytics.
- Familiarity with non-GamStop casino brands and UK-facing affiliate operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
