A leading training company operating in the language learning space is seeking an experienced CEO to lead its overall business and operations. The company delivers large-scale training programs and serves as a key provider for government and public-sector organizations, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Employment Service, the Ministry of Labor, and additional governmental bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full leadership and management of the company’s operations, including full P&L responsibility
• Management of an annual budget of approximately ILS 5M
• Leading a core team of around 5 employees, and managing ongoing collaboration with dozens of external service providers (teachers and instructors)
• Business development and sales to large enterprise and public-sector clients, including ongoing relationship management
• Identifying relevant government tenders and leading end-to-end tender submission processes
• Working closely with government bodies, regulators, and strategic partners
• Driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and sustainable growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior management role (CEO / General Manager / Business Unit Lead)
• Experience working with government entities and/or public tenders – a strong advantage
• Solid financial and budget management experience
• Strong business development and sales orientation
• Ability to lead independently, make decisions, and operate in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
