We’re looking for a talented bookkeeper for an 8-month maternity cover position in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that supports learning and professional growth.

What will you do?
Register invoices and accounting operations in the accounting system.
Reconcile vendor statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Monitor vendor activity and execute payments.
Manage Credit Card process, including credit card statements reconciliations and journal entries.
Keep in touch with suppliers and employees regarding accounting transactions and operations.
Prepare monthly cut-off reports, such as accruals, prepaid, employee expense reimbursement, etc.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, as needed.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping in a global Hi-Tech company.
Bookkeeping Certificate Type 3 – Advantage
Proficient in Excel - Pivot, VLOOKUP, reports
English proficiency - High level required.
Knowledge in Priority, DOKKA- Advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple activities concurrently with a high work ethic.
Excellent communication skills and a team player
