Where are we located?

Our offices are based in the green landscape of Moshav Beit Nekofa, between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.

What You’ll Do

• Lead top-of-funnel market, audience & partner research outside the product to understand why customers do and don’t arrive to the app
• Turn quantitative, and qualitative insights into recommended actions that improve value delivery and activation
• Drive audience-first thinking for positioning, messaging & storytelling to multiple customer segments across multiple channels
• Methodologically identify product marketing initiatives to drive aggressive GTM growth goals
• Identify and optimize key customer journey communication channels (like email & push)
• Craft product microcopy in close collaboration with Product, as a service provider
• Work hands-on in a fast, get things done startup environment juggling multiple initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Product and other cross-functional teams like Accounts & Sales

What You’ve Done

• 4-5 years of product marketing experience in a global, growth-driven startup
• Superpowers in understanding different audiences, their motivations, and pain points
• Ability to simplify complex value and audience understanding into clear messaging
• Data driven and analytical asking the right questions with funnel & activation data literacy
• Deep expertise in positioning, product & customer journey understanding
• A proud project management geek who is well loved across the org
• Outstanding product microcopy skills with a sharp sense of clarity and tone
• Experience in customer lifecycle communications (email, push etc)
• A methodological, proactive, startup-get-things-done mindset - you take ownership and move fast
