Full Stack Marketer - Base44

Were looking for a Full Stack Marketer to help shape how people discover, understand, and get excited about Base44. Youll take ideas from early concept to live campaign, combining strategy, creative direction, and execution- powered by AI and no-code tools- to show whats possible with our platform. This role is for someone who thrives in an intense, fast-paced atmosphere and is eager to shape the future of how products are built.
In your day-to-day, you will
Lead and independently execute comprehensive marketing initiatives across diverse channels, drawing from hands-on experience in dynamic startup environments
Create product pages, launch campaigns, customer stories, and other assets that clearly communicate value
Use AI to produce copy, visuals, and video, refining outputs to meet high creative standards
Bring messaging, assets, and distribution together to create campaigns that drive adoption and engagement
Test and iterate on messaging to turn insights into content and exper

3-5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role at a tech company or startup
Demonstrated hands-on experience in AI-based development or building AI-driven features/products
Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with intense schedules
Extensive experience in independently driving marketing strategies in small, agile startup teams
Deep understanding of AI tools and their application for brainstorming, creating content, and testing ideas
Strong writing and storytelling skills for social media, email marketing, and landing pages
