🚀 Full Stack Team Lead (Angular + Node.js)

Hybrid – 1 day WFH | Tel Aviv Area | Reporting to CTO

A product-driven tech company in the capital markets / trading domain is looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to join a small, strong engineering team.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership — driving architecture, code quality, delivery, and mentoring developers across both front-end and back-end.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a small Full Stack development team
• Stay hands-on with Angular, Node.js, TypeScript
• Own architecture decisions and ensure high code quality
• Work in a modern environment: Microservices, CI/CD, Kubernetes
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and key stakeholders

⚠️ Important note:

The role requires on-call availability for production issues on weekends (Fri/Sat) when needed — not frequent, but mandatory.

Must-Have Requirements

• 3+ years of Full Stack development experience (Angular + Node.js)
• 1+ year of team leadership experience
• Strong TypeScript skills
• Experience or strong understanding of Docker / Kubernetes
• Either background in capital markets / finance or strong leadership/management experience (at least one is required)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microservices / distributed systems
• Cloud experience (AWS)
• Experience with Flutter
• Military leadership background (commanding roles)
