Full-stack Team Lead

We’re looking for an Applications Full-stack Team Lead to lead a talented team in designing, developing, and delivering world-class user-centric applications. You will shape the architecture, tools, and development practices of the frontend and backend systems, ensuring a seamless experience for a massive ecosystem of financial organizations, investors, and asset issuers.

Responsibilities

Lead and Mentor:

• Manage and mentor a team of frontend and full-stack developers, driving technical excellence and fostering professional growth.
• Architect and Develop:
• Design and build user-centric applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript with complex features and responsive, scalable UI/UX.
• Innovate and Optimize:
• Develop robust, maintainable, testable, and efficient code while driving innovation in development practices and tools.

Collaborate Globally:

• Partner with product, design, and business teams to create elegant, usable, responsive, and interactive interfaces.

Ensure Quality:

• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD methodologies within cloud-based containerized environments.

About You

Leadership Experience:

• Proven experience leading a team of developers, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
• Technical Expertise:
• At least 5 years of experience in Full Stack development with a focus on both frontend and backend.
• Advanced proficiency in React, Node.js, and TypeScript is required.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and scalable system design.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and caching solutions like Redis.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments, containerized systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and UX Focus:
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design principles and UX.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
