We are looking for a Global HRBP to join Nayax in a temporary maternity leave replacement role. This position offers a unique opportunity to partner closely with global leadership and support our fast-growing Sales organization. The role will report directly to the CHRO.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Collaborating with global business leaders, with a primary focus on the Sales organization, to design and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive high performance
• Acting as a trusted advisor to Sales executives on workforce planning, capability building, performance management, talent development, and organizational design
• Managing employee relations cases across multiple regions while ensuring compliance with local Labor laws and cultural nuances
• Supporting and strengthening a positive workplace culture for global Sales teams and acting as a mediator when needed
• Designing and implementing global HR policies and processes, ensuring consistency while adapting to local needs
• Working with the HR Team to streamline the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, compensation alignment, and offboarding, tailored to the needs of a fast-paced global Sales function.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting global or multi-regional teams- a must
• Proficient English- a must
• Ability to influence leaders, build trusted relationships, and navigate complex organizational needs
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and proactive mindset
• Comfort working across multiple time zones, cultures, and regulatory environments
• Data-driven approach with the ability to turn insights into recommendations
