Role background (Fixed-Term Contract)
This is a 9-month fixed-term opportunity within Wolt’s High-Volume Talent Acquisition team, created to support a period of transformation and change in how we hire for high-volume, frontline roles globally.
As our new High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner, you will focus on high-volume hiring for Support and Grocery Associate roles within the local Country Operations team. You will join the team at a pivotal moment, supporting day-to-day hiring needs while also contributing to the rollout and embedding of a more scalable, data-driven, and AI-embedded hiring model.
This role is well suited for someone who is excited by change, enjoys learning new tools and processes, and wants hands-on experience in a transformation environment.

Wolt’s Support Associates and Wolt Market Grocery Associates are critical to our daily operations, supporting customers, courier partners, venues, and store operations. Ensuring we can hire efficiently, at scale, and with a strong candidate experience is essential to the success of our business.
As we prepare for the next phase of high-volume hiring at Wolt, this role will help ensure continuity, quality, and momentum during the transition - while shaping how we hire in the future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles in Israel, including attraction, assessment, and offer processes for Support and Grocery Associate positions
- Actively contribute to the rollout and adoption of new, AI-embedded and data-driven hiring processes and tools
- Use recruitment data and reporting to monitor funnel performance, identify improvement areas, and support efficiency gains
- Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and positive candidate experience during a period of change
- Experiment with and support new sourcing and attraction approaches, while executing core recruiting best practices
- Collaborate closely with your sub-team and the broader Talent Acquisition organization to share learnings, ideas, and solutions
- Partner with Employer Branding and other talent teams to support campaigns and initiatives related to high-volume hiring
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and motivation to develop as a recruiter
- Comfort working in dynamic, changing environments and openness to learning new tools and ways of working
- Previous exposure to recruitment, HR, operations, customer service, or high-volume environments is a plus, but not required
- Passion for candidate experience and a people-first mindset
- Clear and proactive communication skills in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal
- Curiosity for data and willingness to use insights to improve hiring outcomes
- Hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment during a global hiring transformation
- Exposure to AI-enabled hiring tools and modern recruitment practices
