Head of Marketing

We are a local marketing and digital company, and we’re looking for a Head of Marketing who brings creativity, energy, and the ability to turn ideas into real, measurable impact.

This is a key role with plenty of room to influence, innovate, and shape what comes next.

You'll work closely with the VP and play a major part in building the company’s marketing direction and business growth.

What You’ll Do-

• Lead the company’s B2B and B2C marketing strategy across multiple channels and audiences.
• Oversee all marketing domains, including team leadership, growth, and end-to-end project ownership.
• Create and drive creative marketing initiatives that boost engagement, traffic, and ongoing growth.
• Work with AI tools to optimize processes, enhance content production, and improve performance.
• Conduct market research, identify trends and new opportunities, and translate insights into action.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data and external partners to push projects forward-fast.

Who You Are-

• Significant experience in B2B & B2C and digital marketing.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex marketing processes.
• Highly creative, proactive, and digitally savvy - someone who naturally turns ideas and trends into marketing activity.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and use advanced marketing tools, including AI.
• Preference for candidates with experience in local marketing companies or local digital brands.
• A self-starter with strong business thinking, high energy, and the drive to make things happen.
