Our client is a publicly listed company in converged cybersecurity and network intelligence.
We are seeking a high-energy, proactive Senior HRBP to lead the people strategy for our largest and most critical business unit: Global R&D (200+ employees).
In this role, you will be a strategic advisor to the VP of R&D and international site leads. This is a role for a "hands-on strategist"—someone who can navigate the complexities of a global engineering organization while remaining an empathetic coach and mentor to managers and employees alike.
The role will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Partnership: Drive the people agenda for the R&D division, aligning workforce planning and organizational design with the business unit’s mission.
- Global Stakeholder Management: Provide end-to-end HR support for a distributed workforce across Israel and EMEA.
- Organizational Development (OD): Lead local and global OD initiatives, culture-building programs, and change management to support a high-performance R&D environment.
- Talent Strategy & Engagement: Develop and execute retention and engagement plans specifically tailored for technical and cybersecurity talent.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Leverage HR metrics and people analytics to provide insights that drive better business decisions regarding headcount, performance, and churn.
- Global Collaboration: Partner with a 12-person global HR team to ensure consistency in global HR processes (performance reviews, compensation cycles, etc.).
Requirements
- Experience: At least 7 years of proven experience as an HRBP within a global high-tech company.
- Scope: Demonstrated success leading HR functions for a business unit of 100+ employees, with a strong preference for experience supporting R&D, Product, or Security departments.
- Industry Background: Experience in large-scale global tech environments (e.g., Telecom, Cybersecurity, or Software-as-a-Service) is preferred over small-scale startup experience.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of Israeli labor law and a strong understanding of international labor relations.
- Persona: Proactive, assertive, and high-energy. You must be comfortable challenging senior leadership and acting as a true "Seat at the Table" partner.
- Education: BSc in Behavioral Science or a related field (MA in OD or HR Management is highly preferred).
- Communication: Native or near-native fluency in English is a must for this global role.
Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to join a stable, publicly-traded tech leader during a period of meaningful impact. You will have the autonomy to shape the culture of a large engineering organization while working in a collaborative, innovation-driven HR team.
