Job Description:

Manage and lead implementation of Operational Excellence projects.
Develop and promote operational excellence strategy at the site to reduce losses, waste, and inefficiencies in production and operational areas.
Implement improvement processes and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Supporting the company/site's strategic objectives.
Coordinate and lead advanced projects for the implementation of digital capabilities and solutions across various units.
Collaborate with multiple interfaces locally and internationally.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering / industrial engineering.
Very high proficiency in Hebrew and English - mandatory.
High learning abilities - mandatory.
Experience in implementing improvement methodologies and leading/implementing projects to drive improvement in a manufacturing plant - a significant advantage.
Personal independence, leadership, and management capabilities.
Experience in handling unexpected roadblocks situations and finding solutions.
