Frontend Engineer (React)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a modern, high-performance React-based CRM application that delivers real-time deal updates and advanced sales intelligence.
• Build responsive, data-heavy user interfaces for pipeline management, forecasting, and AI-driven deal analysis.
• Translate complex B2B SaaS sales workflows into clean, intuitive, and highly usable product experiences.
• Integrate with REST APIs to surface live operational data and predictive insights directly within the CRM.
• Develop robust data-visualization components that support in-depth analysis of deal quality, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
• Implement conversational UI patterns that elevate user interaction within our AI-powered platform.
• Work in close partnership with the Data Science team to deliver sophisticated insights through clear and accessible UI design.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with React and modern frontend engineering.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience in production environments.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building data-intensive applications with complex state management.
• Strong understanding of REST API integrations and real-time data pipelines.
• High proficiency in responsive design, performance optimization, and cross-platform consistency.
• Experience with UI testing tools such as Playwright or Cypress.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes for frontend applications.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is an advantage.
