Information Technology Manager

Wanted: IT Manager for a marketing company in Herzliya.

The chosen candidate will own end‑to‑end IT operations, manage cloud and identity infrastructures, optimize organizational processes, and enforce security standards across a large-scale enterprise environment.

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage and maintain organizational IT infrastructure, SaaS services, and internal systems

● Administer and optimize Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Entra ID/Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive

● Implement and enforce security solutions: MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, encryption, endpoint controls

● Manage identities and permissions (IAM), including full user lifecycle provisioning

● Deploy and manage Windows endpoints using Intune, Domain Join/Entra Join, and policy enforcement

● Oversee MDM and endpoint management (Intune required)

● Perform system updates, security hardening, and compliance maintenance

● Provide Tier 2–3 support for hardware, software, networking, authentication, VPN, and SaaS systems

● Lead onboarding/offboarding processes, documentation, licensing, and IT asset management

● Develop automation scripts using PowerShell (required); Bash/Python – advantage

● Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve IT processes

Job Requirements:

● 3–6 years of significant experience in enterprise IT (required)

● Full proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD / Entra ID administration

● Proven experience with Intune and GPO in an organizational environment

● Strong networking and security background: DNS, DHCP, VPN, IPsec, Firewall

● Experience deploying and managing dozens of Windows endpoints

● Hands-on PowerShell scripting skills

● Experience working in medium/large organizations (required)

● Deep understanding of cloud architecture, IAM, permissions, and security policies

● Strong analytical thinking, independence, and high attention to detail

● Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment with excellent communication skills

● Availability for critical incident handling outside regular hours when needed
