Strategic Partnerships Development Manager - 5507

Role:

The Offering & Partner Operations Specialist will ensure smooth activation and execution of offerings, working closely with SMEs and internal teams to align with strategy and deliver high-quality content. This role also manages operational aspects of strategic partnerships (primarily Microsoft) and oversees Azure Marketplace activation.

Key Responsibilities

Offering Activation & Coordination

• Work with SMEs and internal teams to execute offering plans and timelines.
• Understand offering strategy and translate it into actionable steps.
• Track progress and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Marketplace Activation

• Manage listing creation, updates, and optimization for offerings in Azure Marketplace.
• Coordinate technical validations with engineering teams.
• Monitor lead flow and marketplace KPIs; provide actionable insights.

Partner Operations

• Register and track opportunities in Microsoft Partner Center and Co-Sell dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft co-sell requirements and incentive programs.
• Track partner benefits and execute according to the plans.

Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain dashboards for offerings, marketplace performance, and partner KPIs.
• Prepare regular reports for leadership on ROI and partnership impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in offering management, partner operations, or cloud marketplace roles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Partner Center and Azure Marketplace.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and sales teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SaaS or cloud-based offerings.
• Understanding of co-sell programs and partner incentives.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and marketplace analytics.
