All about the role
Be the focal point for our B2B clients
Manage the onboarding/training of new clients
Ongoing user management
Identify opportunities for growth and drive for execution
Act as a trusted advisor for any issue/matter
Build strong customer relationships
Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience
Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction

Can you deliver...
1-2 years of experience in customer service roles
Previous experience with account management and customer growth processes
High level of responsibility, organizational & performance abilities
A fast learner with the ability to work independently
Customer support orientation
A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments
