Frontend Development Team Lead

We are hiring a UI Platform Team Lead to help shape and guide the development of our core UI infrastructure. In this role, you will lead a team of frontend engineers, drive architectural decisions, and build scalable solutions that support multiple product teams across the company. This position combines strong technical expertise with leadership and a strategic mindset.

Requirements:

At least six years of hands-on frontend experience with strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

At least three years of experience leading a development team of four engineers or more, including hiring and mentoring.

Deep understanding of React and modern state management tools.

Proven experience working with Microfrontend architectures.

Strong skills in frontend performance optimization, lazy loading, tree shaking, and DOM rendering improvements.

Experience with unit, component, and end-to-end testing using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.

Hands-on experience with Storybook or similar tools for component-driven development.

Solid understanding of frontend security best practices including XSS prevention, CORS, OAuth, and JWT.

A track record of delivering complex projects to production while managing priorities and timelines.

Comfort working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Experience collaborating with QA, Product Managers, Project Managers, and UI/UX Designers.

A hands-on mindset with active involvement in coding, code reviews, and architectural discussions.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Nx for monorepo management.

Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, and Babel.

Background in building or maintaining design systems.

Experience with deep performance profiling using Lighthouse, WebPageTest, or Chrome DevTools.
