A rapidly growing mobile advertising and user acquisition company helping global app brands scale their performance through data-driven media buying and proprietary technology. Headquartered in Tel Aviv, the company operates internationally and partners with mobile-first businesses across industries (primarily B2C). We are seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager.
About the Role
§ The Senior Partner Success Manager will own and grow strategic supply-side partnerships to increase the volume and quality of advertising traffic delivered to global app advertisers.
§ This is a relationship-driven and performance-oriented role requiring strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to become a trusted point of contact for partners and internal stakeholders.
§ You will be the bridge between the supply side (partners) and demand side (global advertisers) — ensuring information flows smoothly, goals are aligned, issues are resolved, and revenue opportunities are maximized.
§ This role offers high visibility, international exposure, and the ability to influence how the global partnerships function scales in 2025–2026.
Responsibilities:
o Manage and grow long-term relationships with partners including agencies, platforms, and individual traffic suppliers.
o Ensure partners prioritize and direct high-quality traffic to the company’s global advertiser base.
o Serve as a connector between partners and internal teams (including sales, media buying, product, and operations).
o Analyze performance through dashboards and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
o Troubleshoot and support partners on technical and integration-related issues (MMPs, DSPs, tracking, platforms, etc.).
o Lead business reviews and develop joint action plans focused on revenue growth and campaign efficiency.
o Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach — converting challenges into opportunities.
o Contribute to building and improving partner success processes as the team grows.
Requirements:
- Must: 3+ years of experience in Partner Success, Account Management, Client Success, or Ad-Tech relationship management.
- Must: Experience in digital advertising (mobile, performance marketing, or ad-tech ecosystem).
- Must: Strong familiarity with DSPs, MMPs, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
- Must: Demonstrated success managing and growing commercial partnerships.
- Must: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, influential communicator, and a natural relationship builder.
- Must: Analytical and strategic — able to turn data into clear actions.
- Must: Fluent Hebrew and strong English.
- Must: Based in Israel (Tel Aviv preferred; other locations acceptable).
- Advantage: Background as a Campaign Manager, Data / Market Analyst, Partnerships Manager, or Affiliate Manager.
- Advantage: Experience from DSPs, performance agencies, or mobile app UA companies.
- Advantage: Startup / high-growth environment experience.
