Junior Partner Success Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the demand team to align campaign goals and execution.
• Manage and grow direct publisher accounts - monitor performance, find opportunities, and expand supply with the sales team.
• Troubleshoot integration issues quickly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with publishers.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
• Collaborate across teams to meet business goals and optimize performance.

Requirements

• Experience in online advertising - required.
• 1–2 years as a Publisher Account Manager - a plus.
• Motivated, proactive, and goal-driven team player.
• Tech-oriented and confident in technical communication.
• An analytical mindset and great attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles pressure well.
• Bachelor’s degree - preferred.
