abra is looking for a Help Desk Representative to join our technical support team.
About The Role
As part of a 24/7 global support operation, you will provide first-line assistance to users worldwide and take responsibility for key operational tasks, including:
- First-level troubleshooting and technical support
- User onboarding/offboarding and permission management
- Managing AD accounts, groups, and Exchange mailboxes
- Monitoring organizational processes (onboarding, mobility, access)
- Creating reports and writing basic scripts
- Collaborating closely with the Infrastructure and IT teams
- 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Support / Help Desk
- Solid experience with Active Directory and Exchange
- High-level English (most communication is in English)
- Experience working in an organizational/enterprise environment
