About The Role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for an Accounting Manager to report to our Head of Finance and help build our local accounting function.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing statutory and consolidated local GL accounts in ERP Oracle NetSuite in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS
• Coordinating the accounting and month-end closing process
• Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting
• Preparing analysis on movements in key general ledger accounts
• Managing the accounting policy, ensuring it's up to date and latest changes in US GAAP, IFRS, and group policies are implemented
• Delivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process via automation and control
• Participating in annual and interim audits
• Delivering advice on accounting and reporting issues
• Contributing to and defining consolidation, as well as financial control processes and procedures
  
  

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in banking or financial services, or within a Big 4 working with banking clients
• Excellent accounting knowledge, with proven experience in US GAAP, consolidated financial reporting, and/or IFRS
• A structured and logical approach to solving problems
• Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
• Great motivation and focus on delivery

• Experience within a fast-growing organisation
• A business school or university degree in accounting, management, or economics
