The Role

We’re looking for a software engineer with a passion for software development, excellent design/coding/debugging skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.

The Management group provides high performance customer-interfaces and frameworks for configuring and monitoring large-scale distributed system.

This includes distributed transaction framework, large-scale operational-state monitoring and telemetry and various APIs for interacting with the system’s configuration and operational state.

The group serves both customers and R&D developers that integrate their features into the product.

Meeting the scale requirements often means pushing beyond incremental improvements. The group frequently performs large-scale refactoring, optimizations, and systemic redesign to ensure performance and reliability in a system with limited resources.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of working as a Software Engineer.
• Fast and self-learner of new technologies and coding languages.
• Experience with the following coding languages: C++, Python.
• Experience in Rust or Go - Advantage.
• Experience with developing software infrastructures - Advantage
• Experience with high scale & performance optimizations – Advantage
