Data Analyst

Aleading FinTech company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the team. The role involves advanced data analysis, automation using Python, and the implementation of GenAI tools to optimize internal processes and monitoring.

Responsibilities:

Analyze user traffic and usage patterns within the banking application using Splunk.

Develop advanced SPL queries and dashboards for monitoring services and products.

Develop code and automate data analysis processes and insight extraction using Python.

Develop smart tools based on LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) to improve internal processes (e.g., automated log investigation, anomaly analysis, incident documentation).

Integrate AI capabilities into user experience analysis to identify trends and anomalies.

Improve response times to operational events using predictive tools and real-time insights.

Requirements:

Completed military service in IDF Unit 8200 in a technological,, or data-oriented role שחקים)- אחמ)- Strong Advantages

Data Analyst Experience: Deep understanding of Data processes, ,database management

Pthon Proficiency: 2–3 years of experience in coding and automation – Mandatory.

Splunk Expertise: 2–3 years of proven experience including complex queries, reports, and alerts

GenAI/LLM Experience: Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs (such as OpenAI GPT or equivalents) –

Traffic Analysis: Experience analyzing mobile/web application traffic in a production environment –

Experience developing AI-based solutions within a technological organization.

Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or RAG methodologies.

Experience with SQL and Elastic.

Familiarity with CI/CD systems and cloud monitoring/analytics tools (Datadog, Prometheus).

Background in SRE or DevOps
