Payroll Accountant

BDO Israel, one of the leading accounting and advisory firms in the country, is looking for an Experienced Payroll Accountant to join our dynamic and diverse HR team in a warm, collaborative work environment.

What will your day look like?

• Full payroll processing from A to Z for hourly, monthly, and global employees.
• Working with multiple interfaces simultaneously – integrating systems, importing data, and performing payroll-related controls (including vacation, sick leave, overtime, and more).
• Handling termination calculations, military reserve duty reimbursements, etc.
• Onboarding new employees and managing all aspects of Form 101.
• Direct coordination with pension clearing systems – including form processing, reviewing feedback files, handling employee inquiries, issuing letters, performing controls, and more.
• Providing ongoing professional support to employees and managers on payroll-related matters.

What we're looking fo

• rCertified Senior Payroll Accountant – mandator
• yAt least 3+ years of experience as a payroll accountant – mandator
• yExperience handling 800+ payslips per month – mandator
• yFamiliarity with payroll systems such as Malam or Hilan – an advantag
• eStrong knowledge of labor law, and taxation – mandator
• yProficiency in Excel – advantag
• eAbility to work under pressure and meet monthly deadline
