Missions

• Suivi du projet pédagogique : Diriger un accueil de loisirs d’une soixantaine d’enfants, en cohérence avec le projet éducatif de la fédération Léo Lagrange et le projet de territoire de la commune de Loire Authion. Piloter la mise en œuvre en y associant l’équipe d’animation.
• Diriger des mini séjours accessoires à l’accueil de loisirs.
• Suivi des ressources humaines : -Accueillir et accompagner les animateurs dans l’acquisition de techniques d’animation, être personne ressource.
• Suivi administratif : Garantir le cadre réglementaire, légal et administratif en vigueur dans les ACM. Assurer la gestion administrative des inscriptions et réservations à partir du logiciel dédié.
• Rendre compte du budget auprès de sa structure.
• Assurer la sécurité du public.

• Expérience similaire et bonne connaissance du public enfance.
• Très bon relationnel : capacité d’écoute, d’adaptation aux publics.
• Sens du travail en équipe.
• Permis B et véhicule
