Job Responsibilities:

● Utilize various talent pools to proactively seek potential candidates.

● Find and engage passive candidates through the use of various search techniques, such as LinkedIn Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social network and many more.

● Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates.

● Conduct initial screening interviews.

● Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and the team.

Job Requirements:

● 2-5 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting R&D positions.  

● Proven experience with vast sourcing techniques, including social media.

● Fluent English - both spoken and written.

● Experience in conducting interviews with candidates.

● Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to champion candidates while serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders.
